Franchisees of Purified Water to Go are provided with five days of training at company headquarters, up to three days of training at the franchisee's location, and four days of training a year through an annual convention. Continuing support is also provided to franchise owners through newsletters, internet resources, a toll free phone line, a grand opening ceremony, and buying co-ops. Marketing support comes to franchisees through national media, ad slicks, and a co-op advertising program.
