Colors on Parade was started in 1988 and the first franchise began in 1991. This company now operates in 23 states and claims to have preformed over ten million successful repairs.

Colors on Parade offers two types of franchises:

Operator Franchise - The Operator Franchise offering is suitable for the individual interested in operating and working hands-on in his/her own business. The Operator Franchisee is a trained technician specializing in a core service: Paint Repair & Refinishing, PDR – Paintless Dent Repair, or Interior Repair. The Operator Franchisee can successfully manage and operate his business, but as business expands some Operators employ an assistant technician.

Area Developer Franchise - The Area Developer Franchise offering is suitable for the individual who possesses an ability to sell, market and manage. In addition to a basic franchise right, the Area Developer is granted development rights over an assigned territory. The Area Developer manages the brand development, marketing, account development, and ongoing training locally. The ability to see the bigger picture, multi-task, motivate, and negotiate are key skills used daily by the Area Developer Franchisee.

Training for franchisees consists of five weeks of classroom and hands on training.
