The company began offering its business ideas, concepts, and strategies as a franchise opportunity in 1997.

Franchise owners of Babies N Bells are offered up to a week of training at company headquarters and are given continuing support through newsletters, conferences, internet resources, and a toll free phone line. Marketing support is provided to franchises through the use of national media and a co-op advertising program.
